George Harabedian is an Acquisition Project Manager for Portfolio Builders. He handles acquisitions as well as coordination with construction partners for various projects and deals. George brings almost a decade of experience in customer service and project management to the Portfolio Builders team. George initially worked directly under Gideon Pfeffer, first assisting Mr. Pfeffer with various day to day tasks and project management, now George is one of the firms lead Project Managers. Most notably, George was lead PM on the successful acquisition of 478 single family homes at the tax foreclosure auction in Wayne County Michigan in 2015 where the firm was the largest individual buyer for the same year. George led the ground operations and over-saw a team of property scouts and administrative staff to assess over 4,000 individual properties as part of the due diligence for this auction project. George also leads the wholesaling and alternative acquisitions program at Portfolio Builders. He is also a licensed real estate agent with Momentum Realty LLC, a strategic partner to Portfolio Builders also owned by Mr. Pfeffer. George prides himself in his drive and determination to identify and deliver results for every client. Geroge continues to expand his network and loyal client base due to hard work and many endearing qualities. Born in Michigan, he has passion for the Metropolitan Detroit market. He continues to stay one step ahead of competitors by continuous market research and staying informed on current trends.
